A healthier alternative to the usual cream laden sauce. This cashew based sauce comes together quickly and will satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Raw Cashews
- 3/4 C. water
- 1/2 C. Non Dairy Milk unsweetened
- 1/4 C. Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Miso
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
- In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high for 1 minute or until completely smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a small saucepan and heat on medium, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens to desired consistency. If the sauce gets too thick, add a few tablespoons of pasta water or non dairy milk to thin.
- Serve with pasta of choice (makes enough for 12 oz of pasta.)
